Preparing Preschoolers for Reading!
Who doesn’t want to give their kids a head start? IFPL is happy to present another series of Every Child Ready to Read, a free special emergent literacy program designed to prepare preschoolers for learning to read. ECRTR storytimes will include stories, crafts, free books, and parental instruction on specific early literacy skills. Storytimes will be held on Wednesdays, April 11 through May 9, @ 7:00 pm and also on Saturdays, April 14 through May 12, @ 11:00 am. Class size is limited to 8 families with a 4 or 5 year-old.
Signing up is required and participants must commit to attend all five storytimes.
